Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for Resort Operations in a Professional Manner
- Overall Management of the resort
- Capable to arrange & control a large range / various types of Party
- Monitor, Follow up & Administer the Staff
- Manage customer interactions professionally
- Coordinate with all Departments in the Resort/Hotel/Restaurant as well as with Management
- Monitor Food Goods Purchase & manage inventory
- Prepare Menu Price & Food Cost
- Ensure Hygiene standards in both Kitchen & Resort
- Prepare Various Reports periodically
- Train new and current employees on customer service practices
- Ensure Operational Cost control and identify waste reduction opportunities
- Overall responsibility for the sales volume of the property.

Job Description
Apon Bhubon Picnic & Shooting Spot is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Manager to oversee our resort operations and ensure an unforgettable experience for our guests.As a Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading the resort's operations professionally.Overseeing overall management practices and ensuring efficiency.Arranging and controlling various types of events and parties.Monitoring staff performance and administration.Providing excellent customer service and handling guest relations.Coordinating activities with various departments within the resort.Purchasing food goods and maintaining quality standards.Setting menu prices and managing food costs.Ensuring hygiene standards in the kitchen and resort environment.Preparing and submitting regular reports on purchase, sales, and other operational metrics.Training staff on customer service best practices.Managing sales volume and developing strategies for growth.Keeping up with marketing and branding initiatives, especially via digital platforms.Key Requirements:Education: HSC, Diploma in Hotel Management, or Bachelor’s degree.Experience: At least 4 years in hotel management, resorts, and community centers.Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent management, and communication skills.Age: 30 to 45 years; Male candidates preferred.Benefits:Negotiable salary based on experience.Mobile bill coverage.Full subsidized lunch facilities.Two festival bonuses per year.Single accommodation and on-duty food provisions.Additional benefits per company policy.If you are ready to take on a challenging role and want to join a growing team, apply today!
