This role will demand creativity and leadership in managing our retail shop's operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales objectives. Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and display standards. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution. Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries, complaints, and feedback promptly. Maintain accurate sales records, cash handling, and daily financial reconciliations. Control operating expenses and maximize profitability. Implement in-store promotions and campaigns in alignment with the marketing team. Identify local opportunities for community engagement and brand visibility. Report issues related to stock, supply chain, or customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree (Honors) from a recognized institution. Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Sales or Retail operations. Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using retail/POS software and other basic computer applications. Excellent communication skills with fluency in Bangla (spoken & written). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
