Hotel Al-Faisal Int. is on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Hotel Manager to lead and manage our esteemed establishment located in the vibrant city of Chattogram, Bangladesh. Your leadership will play a critical role in fostering an outstanding experience for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.Job Responsibilities:Operations Management: Supervise all daily operational activities, including the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services. Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and high-quality services.Guest & Resident Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests. Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure that every guest enjoys a pleasant living and staying experience.Financial Management: Oversee the hotel’s budget, monitor expenses, and manage revenue streams effectively. Ensure timely financial reporting and accountability.Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate staff activities across various departments, conducting regular performance assessments and providing meaningful feedback.Training & Development: Ensure all employees receive sufficient training on hotel policies, service standards, and procedures required for high-quality guest interactions.Performance Reviews: Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance to ensure quality service delivery.Conflict Resolution: Mediate any disputes within the staff and between departments, maintaining a harmonious working environment.Daily Operations Briefing: Hold morning briefings with departmental supervisors to discuss daily operations, special requests, and guest arrivals and departures.Special Requests Handling: Coordinate specific guest requests, liaising with respective departments to ensure guest satisfaction.Candidate Requirements:Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management or a Diploma in Hotel Management.Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in the hotel industry is required.Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication abilities, and experience in conflict resolution and staff management are essential.Age/Gender: Preferably male; aged between 35 to 45 years.Job Benefits:Competitive Salary: Tk. 20,000 - 25,000 (Monthly)Festival BonusWe encourage qualified candidates to apply for this exciting opportunity and become part of a dedicated team committed to hospitality excellence!
