This position is pivotal in ensuring that our pharmacy runs smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities Management Duties: Ensure overall management and supervision of the pharmacy. Create and control duty rosters for pharmacy staff. Ensure adherence to all pharmacy regulations and practices. Maintain and update pharmacy licenses and documentation. Develop strategies to enhance pharmacy sales. Medication Procurement: Create daily short lists and place orders with approved suppliers. Collect medications from authorized suppliers. Monitor medication expiration dates and storage methods. Remove and dispose of expired or banned medications. Regularly check stock levels and prevent excess purchases of medications. Refrain from purchasing medications through brokers or commission agents. Financial Record-keeping: Maintain daily records of purchases, sales, and expenses. Manage stock registers and billing systems. Prepare daily purchase and sales reports for management review. Input records into the online system accurately. Customer Service: Provide accurate medication information and guidance to patients. Verify prescriptions and detect counterfeit prescriptions. Maintain a professional demeanor and handle customer interactions respectfully. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Honours. At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/medicine sector. Conhecimento em marketing farmacêutico e mercado relacionado. Age limit: 45 years maximum.
