Create, cost, manage and deliver international and domestic tour packages including flight bookings, hotel reservations and sightseeing arrangements. Handle booking of flights, hotels and related guest services accurately and efficiently using relevant GDS and reservation systems. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts with global and local suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable services. Achieve monthly visa and package sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction with every service and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Oversee quality checks and ensure compliance with embassy procedures and required online systems. Required experience and education: Bachelor/Honors degree required; Masters is an advantage. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (typical range 3 to 6 years) in travel agency operations, visa processing and ticketing. Proven experience working in travel agency environments and familiarity with travel business practices. Skills and competencies: Strong knowledge of visa processing and airline GDS platforms. Customer support and client service excellence, with good communication skills. Experience in creating holiday packages, travel consultancy and related MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Word). Client relationship management, hospitality or travel management experience preferred. Punctual, honest, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced office environment.
