Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company goals and objectives, ensuring the smooth operation of the commercial team. Prepare comprehensive commercial reports, forecasts, and budget plans for senior management, contributing to informed decision-making processes. Train, mentor, and guide the commercial team to achieve performance targets, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Analyze risks and develop effective mitigation strategies in contracts and commercial activities, ensuring compliance and minimizing exposure. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (BCom) or Business Administration (BBA). Master's Degree in Commerce (MCom) or Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage. Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in roles specific to the Garments Accessories sector. Proven management experience and the ability to lead teams towards achieving set goals. Skills: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Additional Requirements: Age: 30 to 40 years. Gender: Male only.
