Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

Uproot Legal and Immigration services is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to lead office operations, HR, client services, and marketing initiatives. Proven experience in both people management and operations in a client-facing environment. Skills & competencies: Content creation and digital marketing (SEO, campaign planning and execution). Event planning and coordination for expos and promotional activities. HR management: recruitment, onboarding, records maintenance, performance evaluations. Strong communication skills for client handling and internal coordination. Project planning, office IT support familiarity, and general administrative capabilities. Employee management, human resource management, and leadership skills. Compensation & benefits: Salary: Tk. 30,000 - 40,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
