Job Description

We are currently seeking a Manager of Logistics & Coordination to spearhead our logistics operations and contribute to the success of our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the merchandising team to handle large volumes of data entry for packing lists. Monitor and manage customer shipment routing requests proactively. Ensure all necessary documentation is in place for customs clearance and timely deliveries. Assist supervisors in resolving customer and supplier issues to enhance satisfaction. Liaison with our logistics team based in Dubai, Hong Kong, & Pakistan to collect shipment data and prepare trackers for finance-related planning. Prepare and present LC documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Manage the process of letters of credit from financing through cash collection to optimize cash flow. Ensure timely and accurate payments by following up on bank presentations and discrepancies. Maintain communication with individuals across various departments including finance and merchandising. Review all L/C documents to ensure compliance with international and company standards. Keep records updated in our L/C tracker. Ensure timely updates for shipping documents to customers, maintaining quality service. Assist the project manager with Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation relevant to logistics operations. Qualifications: At least 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management. Experience in garment import or related business areas. Strong familiarity with document clearance and shipping procedures. Proficient with ERP systems and a strong attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Job Location: This is a full-time position based anywhere in Bangladesh. Salary: This position offers a competitive salary which will be commensurate with experience.
