Job Responsibilities

Job Description

A leading Multinational Group of Company is seeking a seasoned Manager-Maintenance to ensure peak operational efficiency of our sewing machines. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your extensive knowledge in sewing machine maintenance while contributing to a vibrant team environment. : Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance for all types of sewing machines including, but not limited to: Juki Brother Pegasus Kansai Siruba Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns to ensure timely production flow. Ensure timely machine setups, oiling, calibrations, and needle timing adjustments. Monitor machine performance, ensuring reduced downtime through continuous monitoring. Maintain detailed records of machine history, maintenance logs, and service reports. Forecast spare parts demand, managing inventory efficiently. Lead, supervise, and mentor mechanics and technicians. Collaborate with production and quality departments for optimum machine utilization. Implement safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations. Suggest machine upgrades to enhance productivity. Assist in factory expansion or layout rearrangement involving sewing machines. Coordinate with machinery suppliers for technical support. Job Requirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputed university or equivalent. 8 to 12 years of experience in Garments industry. Strong technical knowledge of sewing machine mechanisms and attachments. Experience with auto and computerized sewing machines will be an asset. Skilled in leading a large team, with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with lean maintenance, TPM, and 5S principles. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and reporting tools.
