Job Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual) in compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor departmental compliance with reporting calendars through budget variance reports.
- Oversee banking-related reports and the preparation of projected financial statements.
- Ensure timely deposit of TDS & VDS in the treasury.
- Manage provident fund-related matters and EPF financial statements.
- Conduct complete reviews of bank reconciliation statements.
- Draft office memos and effectively respond to Internal Audit Reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
- Assist in annual budget preparation and feasibility studies for future investments.
- Foster process development for enhanced operational effectiveness.
- Generate ad-hoc reports for use by management and stakeholders.
- Verify and process employee-related financials including salaries and final settlements.
- Supervise the preparation and disbursement of provident fund and settlement payments.
- Conduct physical inventory counts monthly.
- Support treasury operations while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Perform other special assignments as directed by senior management.
