Delta HCRL is excited to announce an opening for the position of Manager of Operations. As a vital member of our management team, you will oversee daily operations within our hospital setting, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include: Overseeing day-to-day hospital operations. Managing recruitment, training, and performance of hospital staff. Ensuring patient care standards and service quality are met. Preparing and managing hospital budgets effectively. Maintaining compliance with healthcare laws and safety regulations. Developing and implementing policies and strategies for the hospital. Coordinating with medical professionals and various departments. Handling patient complaints to improve satisfaction. Suitable candidates will have: A relevant educational background, including: Diploma in Business Studies Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Master of Business Administration (MBA) Master of Business Management (MBM) A minimum of 5 years experience, particularly in a hospital or diagnostic center environment. Strong leadership and management abilities, including financial management, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills. This role is full-time, based in our office located at 381/A, West Rampura, Dhaka. The offered salary is Negotiable.
