Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to preset goals.

- Report to the Chief Operation Officer (COO)/ top management regarding all technical issues related to production.

Job Description
Position: Manager - Production Location: Habiganj (Madhabpur), Bangladesh Description: Coppertech Industries Ltd., the largest manufacturer of Copper Pipe, Tube, Bar, Strip, and Wire in Bangladesh, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Production to join our team. If you are passionate about manufacturing and have demonstrated experience in production management, we would love to hear from you. This role requires a strategic thinker who can plan, organize, and direct the daily operations of our production facility. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal production processes while maintaining quality standards and minimizing costs. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations to achieve preset goals. Increase production capacity and flexibility while minimizing costs. Prepare daily production plans and manage raw materials and finished products. Coordinate with the Chief Operation Officer for technical issues related to production. Develop production schedules aligned with market demands. Control waste and ensure effective resource allocation. Supervise plant units and report daily to resolve production issues. Provide technical training to staff and enforce company policies. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Requirements: Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or Chemical Technical/Engineering. Candidates from recognized universities will be given preference. Experience: 7 to 12 years in manufacturing, preferably in Metal, Steel, or Glass Industries. Age: 32 to 40 years; only male candidates are eligible to apply. A strong commitment to learning and problem-solving is essential.
