Job Description
Join Epyllion Group, an industry leader in textile and garments manufacturing, as a Manager - Quality Assurance. We are looking for a dedicated individual to oversee and improve our quality control processes in our knit garments factory located in Narayanganj.As the Manager of Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed customer expectations as well as comply with regulatory requirements. Your primary duties will include:Production Quality Monitoring: Conduct in-line and final inspections to promptly detect and resolve quality issues.Defect Prevention & Corrective Actions: Analyze defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.Buyer Communication & Compliance: Coordinate with buyers' QA teams and ensure compliance with specifications and requirements.Training & Development: Train QA/QC personnel, enhancing their skills concerning quality standards.Reporting: Generate reports on quality performance, highlighting key issues and improvement strategies.This position requires significant experience within the garments industry, particularly in quality management systems.
