We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee our Sericulture Enterprise and guarantee the highest standards of quality and productivity. Direct and manage all activities within the silkworm egg production center and various sericulture farms, concentrating on: Mulberry cultivation and silkworm rearing Cocoon harvesting Oversee silk reeling, spinning, and weaving operations, implementing crucial strategies for quality enhancements. Coordinate efficiently with the silk weaving and fabric production teams to maintain the integrity of the silk value chain. Guarantee a steady supply of raw materials to support uninterrupted production. Lead staff development initiatives to enhance technical skills and foster a cohesive team environment. Formulate annual budgets and business plans, while ensuring fiscal responsibility. Advocate for safety, working towards a harassment-free environment. Promote and implement strong safeguarding policies. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) required Experience: At least 10 years in a relevant field, with expertise in NGO or agro-based sectors.
