Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all aspects of store operations including raw materials, consumables, and spare parts.
- Implement inventory management systems and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze data to anticipate future inventory needs and prepare planning strategies.
- Utilize ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software for timely preparation of GRNs (Good Receipt Notes).
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
- Prepare various reports, including daily production, inventory, and dispatch reports.
- Train and guide store keepers and material handling staff.

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Manager-Store to manage our store operations at Meghna Pulp & Paper Mills Limited (MPPML). This position is vital to maintaining efficient inventory control and ensuring the smooth flow of materials across various departments. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all aspects of store operations including raw materials, consumables, and spare parts. Implement inventory management systems and maintain optimal stock levels. Analyze data to anticipate future inventory needs and prepare planning strategies. Utilize ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software for timely preparation of GRNs (Good Receipt Notes). Job RequirementsEducation Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting Experience Minimum of 8 years in a managerial role within the paper industry or relevant fields. Experience in manufacturing sectors such as Light Engineering and Heavy Industry is preferable. Skills Excellent inventory management and data analysis skills. Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Effective communication skills in Bengali and English. Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems in team environments. Employment DetailsThis is a Full Time position based at our office in Narayanganj.
