Job Responsibilities

- Analyze tender documents and prepare responsive and technically sound bids.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to compile required documentation.
- Ensure all tenders are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain detailed records of bid submissions, award status, and contract terms.
- Negotiate post-award terms and pricing adjustments.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when necessary.
- Liaise with procurement bodies and corporate clients to enhance bidding prospects.
