Job Responsibilities
- Support the entrepreneurs in safe food collection, processing supports and marketing of Safe Food products of the cooperative.
- Support in formulating the cooperative development strategy for program and entrepreneurship development.
- Build relationships with external agencies (public and private), and facilitate engagement with similar organizations.
- Support co-ops to successfully run the cooperative-owned enterprises.
- Work with the Mati's program team to develop cooperatives as business hubs with backward and forward linkages into the entire value chain.
- Support in developing business relationships with financial institutions, banks, and other value chain actors.
- Support in branding and marketing services to co-ops (selling quality products and services, promotion, distribution, bulking, and branding).
- May perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities: Support entrepreneurs in safe food collection, processing support, and marketing of safe food products.Formulate and assist in the cooperative development strategy for program and entrepreneurship development.Build relationships with external agencies—both public and private.Facilitate engagement with similar organizations.Support co-ops in running cooperative-owned enterprises efficiently.Collaborate with our program team to develop cooperatives as business hubs, linking backward and forward into the value chain.Develop business relationships with financial institutions and other value chain actors.Assist in branding and marketing services for co-ops.Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Required Skills: Experience in agriculture and livestock, business development, and entrepreneurship.Strong market value chain knowledge.Excellent marketing skills.Ability to drive a motorbike with a valid license.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related technologies.Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills.Team player with a willingness to travel extensively. Other Requirements: At most 35 years of age.Willingness to work flexibly and responsibly with minimal supervision.High integrity and motivation.Preferably trained in marketing and entrepreneurship development.
