Job Responsibilities
- Drive daily customer visits and follow-ups to ensure consistent engagement and conversion.
- Identify potential corporate and individual clients eligible to purchase or lease mall services/products.
- Build and maintain a strong, organized client database and manage it independently.
- Prepare and submit daily work reports and weekly progress reports against targets.
- Regularly report updates and performance to the Manager.
- Foster and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain a log of customer feedback and follow up to closure.
- Maintain a database of tenants, partners, and promotional activities.
