Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Present and demonstrate the company's software solutions to potential clients.
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to track progress and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Collaborate with the product and support teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.

Below are the detailed responsibilities, required skills, and qualifications for the role: Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets.Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.Present and demonstrate the company’s software solutions effectively to potential clients.Manage and maintain a detailed sales pipeline to track progress and ensure targets are met.Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.Generate daily reports for business managers on sales activities.Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Required Qualifications and Skills: A Bachelor’s degree is required.Proven experience in software sales or a related field.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficient understanding of technical software solutions and able to explain them clearly to non-technical customers.Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative.Excellent organizational skills with the capability of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
