This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional looking to contribute to the growth of our business by driving sales and building robust relationships with clients. As a Marketing & Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing sales strategies tailored for our diverse product range including wood, polishing, and cleaning accessories for both B2B and B2C markets.Tracking sales targets and aligning them with overall business objectives.Identifying new markets and customer needs while developing innovative product opportunities.Building and nurturing relationships with retailers, distributors, interior designers, contractors, and furniture manufacturers.Conducting dealer visits and product demonstrations to effectively close sales.Providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.Creating and executing BTL marketing strategies to enhance B2B sales initiatives.Leading and mentoring a sales team to achieve collective goals.Maintaining in-depth product knowledge to effectively promote our offerings.Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.Working collaboratively with production and inventory teams to ensure product availability meets market demands. Qualifications: Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hardware or related industries.Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to manage a team effectively and encourage a results-driven environment.Experience in working with FMCG firms is a plus!Compensation and Benefits:Salary Range: BDT 33,500 - 35,000.Mobile bill coverage.Annual salary reviews.Partially subsidized lunch facilities.Bonuses during Ramadan and Qurbani Eid.Fuel compensation for work-related travel using personal transport.The position is a Full-time role based in Dhaka (Naya Paltan).
