Job Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, operation, troubleshooting, and repair of embroidery machines (e.g., Barudan, Tajima, SWF, etc.).
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in embroidery machines and resolve them promptly.
- Ensure proper calibration, tension setting, and alignment of embroidery heads, needles, and frames.
- Replace damaged parts (motors, belts, sensors, circuit boards, etc.) as required.
- Keep machine downtime at a minimum by responding quickly to breakdown calls.
- Maintain records of repairs, services, and spare parts usage.
- Train operators on basic machine handling and minor troubleshooting.
- Follow all safety guidelines while working with machinery.
- Support production team in achieving daily production targets through efficient machine maintenance.
