Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. is on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of "Mechanical Engineer - Maintenance" at our location in Hazaribagh, South Keraniganj, Dhaka. Position Overview: As a Mechanical Engineer in Maintenance, you will be responsible for conducting both preventive and corrective maintenance processes on various mechanical assets. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and performance of our equipment while adhering to strict quality and HSE standards.Supervise the administration of mechanical corrective maintenance (CM) and coordinate with technicians to ensure compliance with maintenance procedures.Accountable for preventive maintenance (PM) activities, ensuring thorough inspections and testing of machinery.Troubleshoot maintenance issues and devise effective solutions in consultation with senior engineers.Manage spare parts inventory to ensure operational efficiency; raise material requests as needed.Promote high safety standards in line with HSE procedures and participate in safety tours.Submit Plant Equipment Modification (PEM) requests and maintain accurate maintenance records.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Maintenance Department.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEngg).Minimum 6 to 7 years' experience in a relevant engineering position, preferably in Petrochemical, Fertilizer, or Refinery industries.Experience with mechanical system design and maintenance.Proven skills in troubleshooting and conducting mechanical measurements.Additional Requirements:Aged 35 years or older.This position is open exclusively to male applicants.Skills:Strong knowledge of Health and Safety standards.Expertise in mechanical maintenance and engineering.Effective communication and leadership skills.Benefits:Partially subsidized lunch facilities.Festival bonuses as per company policy.If you're ready to make a significant impact and grow your career with ABG Bashundhara, this is your opportunity.
