Education Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise mechanical maintenance operations.
• Lead installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history.
• Coordinate with procurement for spare parts and tools.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical training and guidance to the maintenance team.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults efficiently, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records, logs, and reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for equipment servicing and spare parts procurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental guidelines.
• Train and guide the maintenance team to improve technical skills and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing.
• Technical expertise in manufacturing processes and operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fully-computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
