4 years Diploma in Medical Faculty (Group - MATS) from recognized Institutions. Must have BMDC Registration number as Medical Assistant.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide first aid treatment and primary management for sick and emergency patients as instructed by the medical officer.
- Handle various types of injuries, maintaining the ability to give stitches, manage major dressings, and perform minor sprain plasters.
- Maintain accurate medical records both digitally in our medical software and via hard copies.
- Prepare reports for monthly sickness and injury incidents.
- Oversee the requisition and management of medicines in accordance with monthly needs.
- Ensure proficiency in medical software applications and maintain personal computer literacy.
- Check medical bills prior to submission to ensure accuracy.
- Keep detailed records of medical expenses incurred.
- Engage in health care awareness activities for factory workers post-treatment.
- Maintain sterilization of relevant medical equipment regularly.
- Assist the Medical Officer in necessary tasks, including the provision of age verification and fitness checks during recruitment.
- Manage emergency situations with confidence and professionalism.
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Medical Officer and management.
