As a Medical Officer, you will be responsible for: Ensuring the highest standards in patient care. Performing medical checkups during recruitment processes. Supervising and mentoring medical assistants to improve workflow. Managing health awareness programs and prescribing appropriate medications under legal regulations. Documenting all patient evaluations, treatments, medications, and transactions according to company policies. Conducting follow-ups with pregnant employees and supporting nutrition programs. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Training First Aiders and ensuring compliance with related guidelines. Reporting to senior management and facilitating communication between administrative and medical staff. Sharing improvement plans regarding Health & Safety with the factory welfare team.
