Job Responsibilities
- Provide healthcare support and first aid to emergency patients and, if required, refer them to specialized hospitals with proper notification to management.
- Respond to employees’ medical complications through diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and necessary referrals while considering their medical history.
- Coordinate with the HR department regarding pre-employment medical checkups of new employees.
- Maintain records of pregnant employees, conduct periodic checkups, and ensure a safe and healthy working environment for them.
- Strategically plan and implement measures to ensure and maintain a healthy occupational environment within the workplace.
- Provide Age Estimation Certificates and confirm physical fitness for newly recruited workers.
- Verify documents and provide recommendations for Maternity Leave as per company policy.
- Maintain medical records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Support awareness programs on health, hygiene, and occupational safety for employees.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
