Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the Centre Director/Chief at the Primary Health Care Centre, overseeing operations and staff.
- Lead, guide, and direct the health center efforts in alignment with management policies.
- Provide essential instructions and support to all health center staff to fulfill their job duties.
- Deliver high-quality treatment to patients utilizing your medical expertise.
- Innovate and implement necessary actions to develop the health center into a self-sufficient establishment.
- Organize special satellite camps in the health center's area to reach more patients.
- Offer guidance to Medical Assistants, Paramedics, Lab Technologists, and Health Assistants.
- Ensure compliance with policies, discipline, and organizational regulations.
- Develop both short-term and long-term operational plans as mandated by senior authorities.
- Utilize Health Management Software as part of the health center operations.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by the higher authority.
Required Skills
- Basic computer skills such as MS Word and Excel.
