Job Responsibilities
- Prepare all kinds of reports for new associates' medical tests
- Check the health status for associates & staff who are expecting babies
- Ensure overall health and safety issues of the workers periodically
- Prescribe medicine or other advice to the attending patients
- Organize seminars on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic situation
- Recommend sick leave according to company rules and regulations
- Check the health status of babies in the childcare center
- Recommend maternity leave for those expecting mothers
- Develop injury and incident prevention strategies
- Provide first aid to emergency patients
- Plan strategically to maintain a good occupational environment
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management
