Job Responsibilities
- Ensure overall health and safety issues in the factory premises and perform health checkups of employees periodically.
- Provide health care and first aid to emergency patients and refer them to specialized hospitals if necessary.
- Respond to medical complications by referring to health histories and providing treatment and counseling.
- Conduct routine check-ups including preliminary physical tests like blood pressure, sugar level, and weight.
- Coordinate with the HR department for medical check-ups for new employees.
- Counsel and train responsible persons about the use of the First Aid Box and medicines.
- Maintain records and provide checkups for pregnant employees' health.
- Conduct health training programs to raise awareness about hygiene and occupational health.
- Prepare compliance-related reports for audits.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
