About the Job:A Medical Technologist, also known as a Laboratory Technologist, plays a crucial role in the healthcare system by analyzing biological samples to treat or diagnose various diseases. At our reputable hospital, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our esteemed laboratory team. Job Responsibilities:As a Medical Technologist, your responsibilities will include: Getting biological samples ready for testing and conducting a variety of blood tests. Analyzing blood, urine, and other body fluids, preparing tissue sections for microscopic examinations. Conducting blood group, type, and compatibility tests for transfusion purposes. Setting up, operating, and maintaining laboratory equipment. Performing quality control assessments of testing techniques. Completing any additional laboratory work as necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma in Medical Technology (Lab). 3 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in a hospital setting. Strong analytical and technical skills. Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in tests and assessments. Additional Requirements: Candidates must be between the ages of 22 to 35 years and be male.
