Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach sputum collection/smearing center at the field
- Strengthen government health system for integrated TB control
- Promote government ownership and stewardship for implementing TB services
- Ensure infection control and essential safety measures in the laboratory
- Maintain smearing and microscopy standards following SOP
- Ensure maintenance of laboratory equipment as per guidelines
- Ensure availability of anti-TB drugs and necessary logistics
- Participate in monthly and quarterly meetings
- Assist in laboratory setup and participate in quality assurance
- Conduct regular outreach activities and field visits

Join us and become a part of our mission!Job Responsibilities:Conduct outreach sputum collection and smearing centers in the field.Strengthen government health systems for TB control and prevention.Promote government ownership and stewardship of TB services.Ensure infection control safety measures are maintained.Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines for microscopy.Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure availability of anti-TB drugs and reagents.Participate in monthly and quarterly meetings regarding lab activities.Assist in the planning and quality assurance of laboratory setups.Participate in outreach activities and patient follow-ups.Required Qualifications:Education: Diploma in Medical Technology from a recognized institute.Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role; freshers are welcome to apply!Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.Age: Candidates should be at most 35 years old.Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and an ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits: Nari Maitree offers a competitive salary and a supportive work environment.
