Job Description
Are you passionate about mental health and looking to contribute to impactful initiatives? SAJIDA Foundation is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mental Health Coordinator to enhance our mental health programs in Bangladesh. In this rewarding role, you will provide crucial technical and programmatic support for our mental health initiatives, helping to design innovative programs and ensure their effective delivery.Coordinate and implement mental health activities across SAJIDA’s programs.Assist in program design, concept note preparation, and budgeting for mental health projects.Develop training materials, manuals, and guidelines for staff and partners.Provide training support during sessions, workshops, and reviews.Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for effective mental health program execution.Engage in research activities, including needs assessments and data analysis.Support monitoring and evaluation initiatives to ensure program quality and impact.Document best practices and case studies for dissemination internally and externally.Ensure compliance with organizational policies related to safeguarding and child protection.Conduct field visits to pilot sites to develop contextual knowledge and relationships.Provide support for tele/digital innovation in mental health services.Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.Other Related Duties:Implement SAJIDA HO policies within all activities.Perform other necessary duties as required.Requirements:Education: Masters or higher in Clinical/Counselling Psychology from a reputed university.Experience: 3-5 years, especially in community mental health, GBV, trauma-informed care, and drug dependency.Age limit: 25 to 40 years.Proficient in Bangla and English.Strong communication and facilitation skills.
