Join our dynamic team at A Well Reputed Garments Industries as the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Manager. This role is crucial for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems vital to garment production. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding position in Bangladesh, this is your opportunity!Job Responsibilities:Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems (HVAC, boilers, compressors, generators, electrical panels, water supply, firefighting systems, etc.).Ensure all machinery and utilities are functioning efficiently to support garment production operations.Plan preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for MEP equipment.Manage new facility expansion, renovation, or utility upgrade projects related to MEP.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion within budget.Evaluate technical specifications and review design drawings for MEP projects.Ensure compliance with national regulations (fire safety, electrical codes, boiler regulations, etc.).Monitor energy usage and implement energy-saving initiatives.Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety protocols for MEP operations.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).8 to 10 years of experience in MEP management; experience in the garments sector is an added advantage.Core MEP & Project Management Certifications, NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety Certification), NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA Certifications are highly valued.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities.Leadership and people management skills.The ideal candidate should be between 35 to 45 years old and possess a thorough understanding of compliance standards and experience with large-scale factory utilities management.Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.Benefits:Mobile billGratuityProvident fundMedical allowanceYearly salary reviewFestival bonuses (2 annually)If you meet the criteria and are eager to take your career to the next level, apply today!
