Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with buyers for product development, costing, and order confirmation.
- Plan, monitor, and control the critical path to ensure timely sample development and bulk production.
- Collaborate with sourcing, fabric, trims, production, and quality departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with buyers regarding order updates, changes, and approvals.
- Prepare order status reports and present updates to senior management.
- Ensure cost efficiency and margin protection throughout the order execution process.
- Maintain proper documentation related to order files, approvals, communications, and contracts.
- Manage and oversee the entire merchandising process from order inquiry to shipment.

Qualifications: If you’re passionate about the garments and footwear industry, and meet the following criteria, we encourage you to apply: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience: 5 to 7 years in a relevant field, preferably with prior experience in garments and tannery/footwear. Age: 24 to 40 years. Footwear/Garments merchandising experience with Decathlon buyer will be given preference. Skills Required: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
