Job Responsibilities
- Efficiently provides all kinds of support from receiving order to final shipment of the order.
- Have vast knowledge about pricing & have experiences about production, management, shipment inspection and follow up and maintenance of quality issues.
- Have an in depth knowledge and experience about product and costing for Sweater Garments.
- Support Buyer and Supplier to take more initiative to solve problem by sharing information with team leader.
- Have good Knowledge to prepare Time and Action flow chart to maintain the delivery.
- Strong Sourcing Knowledge.
- Should have capability to do multitasking.
- Should be transparent, ethical and always act on behalf of company in the daily work routines and in Business relations.
- To strive for constant improvement regarding price, quality and lead time. To be creative.
- Work closely with Team leader, Assistants and QC department.
- Passing clear, accurate and timely information to related all.
- Ensure that production takes place in agreed unit.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will act as a crucial link between our buyers and suppliers, ensuring the smooth flow of production and quality control.The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the garment industry, particularly in sweaters, along with the skills to manage complex sourcing tasks and supplier relations.Job Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive support from order receipt to final shipment.Oversee pricing strategies and production management, ensuring high quality and timely deliveries.Prepare Time and Action flow charts to maintain delivery schedules effectively.Collaborate actively with team leaders and the QC department to maintain quality standards.Engage in problem-solving initiatives by sharing critical information with the team.Ensure production occurs in accordance with agreed timelines and quality parameters.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of merchandising and production processes.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Proficient in using Microsoft Office and related software.Additional Requirements:Ideal candidates should possess:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.3 to 5 years of experience in the garment industry, specifically with sweaters.Experience working with foreign clients and in a liaison or buying office.Fluency in English for effective communication.If you meet these qualifications and are excited about the opportunity to grow with us, please apply!
