Job Responsibilities: Handle a business account independently and ensure seamless communication between customer representatives and our supply chain. Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding raw material purchases and delivery schedules. Collaborate with the production team to monitor the production process and adhere to delivery timelines. Act as the single point of contact for designated accounts, ensuring customer needs are met promptly and professionally. Follow up with the planning team to stay updated on production status and address any potential issues. Provide support in developing order executions smoothly and efficiently. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or honors in any field, with preference given to graduates from recognized institutions in mathematics, science, or textiles. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the RMG sector, fulfilling different roles in account management and production. Additional Job Requirements: Proven experience in a reputed garment manufacturing company specializing in woven bottoms and tops, both denim and non-denim categories. Knowledge of garment construction, costing, and fabric properties is essential. Experience working with kids' wear product safety and integrity standards. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are vital to succeed in this role. Must be tech-savvy and adaptable to utilizing ERP systems and other digital tools.
