Job Responsibilities
- Managing production follow-ups from booking to in-housing, ensuring timely execution as per the Planning Department's guidelines.
- Coordinating fabric booking and in-housing as per TNA, supporting multiple departments including Yarn procurement, Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing, Fabric Store, Cutting, Sewing Production, and Finishing.
- Maintaining a regular follow-up chart and keeping a material checklist daily to ensure timely in-housing of all raw materials.
- Attending PP meetings with buyers' QC to comprehend production norms prior to commencing bulk production.
- Collaborating closely with the Planning Department for efficient in-housing of materials.
- Working with QA and GPQ teams to assure that output quality matches the approved PP sampling.
- Fulfilling test procedures outlined by buyers for bulk production.
- Conducting timely inspections for orders as per responsibilities.
- Understanding commercial terms and working with the Commercial Department for logistics and shipping documentation.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering. 3 to 5 years of experience in garments and textile industries. Proficient computer skills and effective email communication. Knit merchandising expertise with a quick learning ability and a hardworking attitude.
