Job Responsibilities: Effectively communicate with buyers, suppliers, and factories to discuss orders, product requirements, and delivery timelines. Develop and follow up on product samples, trims, and accessories as per buyer specifications. Prepare insightful costing analyses, price quotations, and engage in order negotiations with buyers. Constantly monitor production processes to ensure that quality standards and shipment deadlines are maintained. Foster strong coordination with the quality, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution. Proactively resolve issues during production, maintaining positive stakeholder relationships. Draft and maintain order status reports, providing regular updates to our buyers. This position entails an office work environment where collaboration and communication are key to our success. Who We're Looking For: Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering. Minimum graduate degree from a recognized university. Background in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus. Experience: 3 to 4 years in a similar role, preferably in a buying house or trading company. Familiarity with knit and woven garments; strong understanding of production processes is essential. Skills: Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken English). Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple orders effectively.
