Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor product development process with suppliers.
- Support in administrative and filing activities & Monitoring supplier performance.
- Provide details about packing list, weight, quantity, carton etc. Overall follow-up,
- Product development to shipment.
- Make perfect costing, sourcing of trims & accessories, fabrics to be in house before bulk production starts.
- Pricing, negotiation and order confirmation.
- Fabric handling from development to garment shipment.
- To maintain professional relationship between buyer and manufacturer.
- To collect the PO (purchase order) from buyer.
- To prepare an order plan, according to the right product, in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities, at the right price, in the right promotion.
- To break down the order sheet.
- To prepare the order costing and price quoting.
- To set up internal order list.
- To monitor the garments sample process according to the buyer requirement.
- To collect all garments, fabric, accessories & trims. To get lab dips.
- To ensure buyer approval.
- To make sure productions follow up.
- To maintain product quality.
- To follow up shipment process according to the buyer instructions.
- To ensure smooth shipment process.
- To maintain merchandising files and updating time and action plan (TNA)

Job Description
TSR Apparels Limited, a leading textile manufacturing company specializing in woven garments, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Bangladesh. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the garments industry and possess strong organizational skills. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor the entire product development process with suppliers. Support administrative and filing activities while monitoring supplier performance. Provide detailed information regarding packing lists, weights, quantities, etc., and follow up throughout the production process. Oversee product development from initial design to shipment. Manage costing, sourcing of trims and accessories, and ensure all materials are in house before bulk production. Negotiate pricing and confirm orders with suppliers. Ensure fabric handling meets the quality standards from development to garment shipment. Maintain a professional relationship with buyers and manufacturers. Collect purchase orders from buyers and prepare an orderly plan for production. Break down and prepare order sheets accurately. Monitor garment samples according to buyer requirements. Ensure timely approvals from buyers and maintain product quality. Coordinate all aspects of the shipment process in accordance with buyer guidelines. Update merchandising files and time and action plans (TNA). Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma in Textile Engineering. 12 to 15 years of work experience in the garments industry.
