Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and source complete samples, lab dips, accessories, and trims from various suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders, internal orders, and costing sheets.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of production processes.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, supply chain, production, and store departments.
- Mediate between production and quality departments ensuring product quality.
- Ensure timely shipments and coordinate with the production team.
- Handle product costing and price negotiations.
- Monitor and ensure timely development of samples.
- Maximize lead time to production for profit optimization.

Responsibilities: Monitor and source complete samples, lab dips, accessories, and trims from both domestic and international suppliers, while ensuring competitive pricing. Prepare purchase orders, internal orders, and costing sheets meticulously. Exhibit a sound knowledge of production, including pattern making, consumption, and wash processes. Coordinate with marketing, design, supply chain, production, and store departments for efficient workflows. Collaborate closely with the production and quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of premium products. Ensure timely development and delivery of products to meet shipment deadlines. Handle product costing and price negotiations adeptly, preparing comprehensive cost breakdown sheets. Monitor and ensure the timely development of samples and prototypes. Maximize lead time to production and optimize profitability from all merchandise. Required Skills: Denim Design Development expertise. Thorough knowledge of Denim Wash. Additional Requirements: At least 6 years of experience in the garment and textile industry. Proven experience dealing with Next Brand products. Experience working in areas such as Garments, Textiles, Washing Factories, or Group of Companies. Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering.
