In this role, you will take ownership of the export orders of garments and ensure seamless delivery by coordinating with various departments and stakeholders. Manage supply chain communications effectively through emails and phone calls, ensuring that all client relations are handled professionally. Guarantee the production floor operates smoothly without interruptions, by securing timely approvals for pre-production meetings and ensuring all raw materials are ready for the sewing line. Update and manage the time and action plan (T&A Plan), engaging with internal and external parties to minimize discrepancies. Utilize MS Excel and Outlook proficiently to organize and communicate essential information, maintaining a clear record of buyer requirements and supplier agreements. Coordinate with vendors based on approved Bills of Material (BOM), ensuring timely bookings and updates to cost sheets while adhering to company protocols. Engage in factory-based merchandising activities, maintaining dialogue with technical and quality teams, and ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations without compromising the company's interests. Qualifications: Educational background: Diploma, Bachelor’s/Honors, or Master’s degree. Age: Must be at most 50 years. Experience: Minimum 5 years in merchandising or related fields.
