Job Responsibilities
- Ensure quality of care by adhering to clinical guidelines and protocols
- Prepare patients for examination and perform routine diagnostics including monitoring vital signs
- Document patient care services accurately by regularly updating patient registers and records
- Support medical doctors in preparing daily reports and assisting in patients' triage and infection control
- Coordinate outreach health programs and support health partners and volunteers in community health activities
- Maintain inventory checks for all medical delivery equipment and ensure all resources are ready and stocked
- Assist in identifying priority health needs and actively participate in health awareness campaigns
- Provide comprehensive antenatal care (ANC), postnatal care (PNC), normal deliveries, inpatient care, and immunization services
- Handle all documentation and reporting requirements at the facility level

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Midwife to join our team for the "Strengthening the Maternal and Neonatal Health System" project in Rangpur and Lalmonirhat District. This is a contractual position that requires a commitment to delivering quality care to mothers and infants. Responsibilities: Ensure quality of care by adhering to clinical guidelines and protocols. Prepare patients for examination and perform routine diagnostics including monitoring vital signs. Document patient care services accurately by regularly updating patient registers and records. Support medical doctors in preparing daily reports and assisting in patients' triage and infection control. Gender: Only Female applicants will be considered for this position. Age: Candidates must be at least 35 years old. Skills: Ability to work effectively under stress and meet deadlines, willingness to travel extensively within the operational areas.
