Job Description
Confidence Batteries Limited is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Officer / Executive to enhance our data management capabilities. As an MIS Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic business decisions. We are looking for someone who is adept at monitoring data utilization and can prepare insightful reports that drive operational efficiency. Collect and analyze data from various organizational sources to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Monitor data analytics to ensure optimal capacity utilization and operational efficiency. Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production progress and work-in-progress (WIP) allocation. Maintain and consistently update MIS tools to ensure accurate data reporting. Create visual dashboards that clearly communicate insights and analytics to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line manager as necessary. To qualify for this role, candidates should have: A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the battery or storage cell business areas. The capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time, with a work-at-office nature, based in Narayanganj.
