Job Responsibilities
- Implement weekly and monthly movement plans, ensuring timely and efficient transfers.
- Assist in developing routes and schedules to minimize delays and waiting times.
- Communicate directly with applicants to confirm pickup locations and provide instructions.
- Coordinate with fleet, drivers, and interpreters to ensure vehicles are dispatched and arrivals occur on time.
- Report incidents, delays, or compliance issues to the Senior Movement Officer.
- Support logistical arrangements such as meals, assembly points, and supplies.
- Ensure waiver forms, approvals, and movement documents are collected and organized.
- Maintain accurate records of movements and communications in the APP system.
- Contribute to accurate documentation for accountability and reporting.
