Job Responsibilities

  • Implement weekly and monthly movement plans, ensuring timely and efficient transfers.
  • Assist in developing routes and schedules to minimize delays and waiting times.
  • Communicate directly with applicants to confirm pickup locations and provide instructions.
  • Coordinate with fleet, drivers, and interpreters to ensure vehicles are dispatched and arrivals occur on time.
  • Report incidents, delays, or compliance issues to the Senior Movement Officer.
  • Support logistical arrangements such as meals, assembly points, and supplies.
  • Ensure waiver forms, approvals, and movement documents are collected and organized.
  • Maintain accurate records of movements and communications in the APP system.
  • Contribute to accurate documentation for accountability and reporting.
