Our eleven showrooms scattered throughout the city showcase our commitment to quality and style.Position Purpose:We are seeking a passionate and skilled National Sales Manager (NSM) who will be responsible for leading and implementing the national sales strategy across Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will ensure the achievement of revenue targets, expansion of market share, and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives. This role involves overseeing our retail and regional sales teams while building robust relationships with distributors and key customers, aligning sales operations with the company's overall objectives to drive sustainable business growth.Duties & Responsibilities:Develop and implement national sales strategies to increase market share for crockery and home appliance products.Lead, supervise, and support regional sales teams for effective coverage across all regions of Bangladesh.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.Strengthen dealer/distributor networks to ensure product availability and maximize market penetration.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies accordingly.Collaborate with marketing teams to execute branding and promotional campaigns tailored to local markets.Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions and support the sales team.Train and develop sales personnel to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.Prepare and present sales reports with actionable insights to the Head of Sales.Ensure compliance with company standards and customer service benchmarks.Who We Are Looking For:We require candidates who possess:A Bachelor's/Honors or Master's degree, preferably in Marketing and Sales.At least 10 years of experience in relevant fields such as multinational companies, electronic equipment/home appliances, and crockery sectors.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.A male candidate aged between 35 and 50 years, with flexibility for exceptional professionals.A solid track record in retail or dealer & distribution sales networks.Job Location: Dhaka (Baridhara J Block)Job Nature: Full-time, office-based role.Benefits:Travel allowance, mobile bill, and tour allowance.Festival bonus (2 per year).Fantastic sales incentives and financial assistance facilities.If you are ready to take on this challenge and make a significant impact, don't miss out!
