Job Responsibilities
- Planning and Designing ISP Core Network.
- Having practical knowledge to install and configure networking router (MIKROTIK), switches (CISCO, BDCOM), OLTs (VSOL, BDCOM, C-DATA), and wireless devices is a must.
- Working with any kinds of Network Troubleshooting and Outages.
- Configuring and troubleshooting of PPPOE, RADIUS etc services.
- Manage GGC, FNA, IX Services, Traffic Queues & Scheduling.
- Working with Different types of Switching Service (VLAN, TRUNKING, VTP, STP, RSTP etc.) and GPON OLT, ONU etc.
- Working with Different types of Routing Protocols like Static, OSPF, BGP with Multiple Network.
- Supervising the NOC team while working closely with other teams, management, and external vendors.
- Collaborating with NOC and System Support Team to ensure efficient service of the company.
- Ensure the highest uptime of ISP service while maintaining SLA for all customers.
