Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage network operations in the NOC (Network Operation Center).
- Assist in the maintenance of electrical systems at the data center.
- Handle precision air conditioning (PAC) and UPS systems.
- Conduct testing and maintenance of fire protection and detection systems.
- Document all processes thoroughly.
- Communicate effectively with team and management.
- Be prepared for emergency situations 24/7.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Train less experienced staff.
- Stay updated with relevant technological advancements.
Required Skills
- Experience with IT equipment installations.

Job Responsibilities: Monitor and manage network operations in the NOC (Network Operation Center) to ensure optimal performance. Assist in the operation and maintenance of electrical systems in our data center. Handle precision air conditioning (PAC) and high-capacity uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). Conduct testing and maintenance of fire protection and detection systems. Document all processes thoroughly, from logbooks to work orders, ensuring compliance with company standards. Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and management to facilitate seamless operations. Prepare for and respond to emergencies with a 24/7 availability mindset. Engage in routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment to maximize uptime. Train less experienced staff as necessary for skill development. Stay updated with technological advancements relevant to data center operations. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Communication Engineering or a Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Age Requirement: At least 25 years old. Male candidates preferred. Experience with IT equipment installations, fire safety systems, and data center operations is a plus.
