Job Description
At Scholastica Limited, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse - OPD to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is crucial in overseeing the highest quality of patient care, and the successful candidate will be instrumental in managing resources while fostering a professional and supportive environment for both our patients and healthcare providers. Here’s what we expect from you as a Nurse in our OPD: Comprehensive Patient Care: Ensure complete nursing care by performing vital checks, IV cannulation, nebulization, specimen collection, and more. You will be responsible for maintaining hygiene protocols while managing patient interactions. Medical Administration: Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies according to physician orders and established protocols. Safety is paramount, ensuring proper dosing and administration routes. Patient Assessment: Carry out nursing assessments, health screenings, and medication reconciliations to address patient needs and concerns efficiently. Resource Management: Monitor and manage the use of supplies to avoid waste, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for operations. Adherence to Standards: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical principles, ensuring all staff members follow the nursing code of conduct and policies. Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a supportive environment for both patients and staff, prioritizing tasks based on patient needs and engaging in continuous education. Professional Development: We encourage the development of strong clinical assessments and critical thinking skills to address the diverse needs of our patients effectively. Preferable Qualifications: Age between 23 to 30 years Diploma in Nursing 1 to 3 years of experience in a hospital setting (Freshers are encouraged to apply) Flexibility and strong communication skills are essential.
