Job Responsibilities
- Conduct sensory, motor, behavioral, and functional assessments
- Provide 1:1 therapy using sensory integration, behavior shaping and functional skill development
- Create individualized therapy plans with measurable progress indicators
- Maintain documentation and reports according to BloomingBud QMS & SOPs
- Guide parents for home-based routines and sensory diets
- Collaborate with other disciplines for integrated care
- Participate in workshops, school visits and awareness activities as needed
- Ensure safety, hygiene and quality in the therapy space
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management
