Job Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization; manage pantry supplies.
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks like recording expenses.
  • Provide support in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Liaise with on-ground staff and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist the travel team with printing tickets, vouchers, itineraries, and visa documents.
  • Help in filing and organizing client documents, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  • Prepare basic reports and correspondence as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance (IT, printer, utilities).
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the team.

GenZ Travels is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant & Admin Support. Job Responsibilities: Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism. Greet visitors and clients to create a welcoming environment. Manage both incoming and outgoing mail and courier services accurately. Keep the office organized and maintain cleanliness across common areas. Assist with bookkeeping tasks by properly recording expenses. Support in scheduling meetings and managing calendars efficiently. Collaborate with on-ground staff and vendors for seamless operations. Help the travel team by preparing tickets, vouchers, itineraries, and visa documents. Organize and file client documents, contracts, and supplier agreements. Prepare reports and necessary correspondence as required. Coordinate with vendors to ensure proper office maintenance. Take on additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives. Qualifications and Requirements: Educational Requirement: Higher Secondary and a high school certificate is mandatory. Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus. Age: Candidates should be between 22 to 35 years. Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred but freshers are welcome to apply. Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla are essential. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
